The background

This project involved instaling an Alerton BMS to serve the new Private Hospital. This new Private Hospital will be operated by the Calvary Group and once complete will see the relocation of services from the existing Wakefield Street Hospital, which is also in central Adelaide. Construction is underway and is scheduled for completion toward the end of 2018.
The hospital is in the process of building a number of new operating theatres and refurbishing a number of buildings across the campus. We installed a new BMS as part of stage one works and is now “cutting over” existing buildings to the new Open Protocol BACnet BMS.

Our solution

We will be performing the Tenancy fit-out projects, in addition to the original Base Building project. There are two levels of tenancies to be occupied by a variety of Medical Specialists delivered as one additional Project. An additional larger Tenancy fit-out Project for the Doctor Jones Pathology Group has also been secured. This work is to be completed during the first half of 2019, with the delivery of the completed Hospital scheduled for mid-2019.
Recently awarded a significant Tenancy fit-out for Consulting Specialists at the new Calvary Private Hospital. The new Calvary Hospital is the largest new Private Hospital to be built across Australia in the last decade, and the development continuances help position Adelaide as a Specialist Medical Hub across Australia.
