Founded in 2000, Dominique Portet Winery established its home in the heart of the Yarra Valley, inspired by the cool-climate beauty and winemaking potential of Coldstream. In 2018, the winery’s wastewater treatment system was modernised and upgraded to meet current environmental compliance standards.
