Located in the heart of North Sydney; Berry Street. 177 Pacific Hwy is a 30-story commercial office tower, lobby with cafe and 4 stories of carpark – this project was a new build for our client Fredon Air.
We provided the base and tenant BMS works for the fit-out. The 5 level tenant fit-out includes PAC Units, VAV recalibration and relocation and new ventilation systems.

The base Optergy BMS will be extended to incorporate all new works with a separate tenant login. With our BMS, controls and sensors helping to drastically cut net energy use, this commercial building has achieved beyond the 5 Star requirement under the contract to have a rating of 5.5 Star NABERs rating.
